The Postmaster General glances around to make sure no one is watching, and then pulls an envelope out from under the stall. It's sealed with, erhm, too much slobber, and it's a bit crinkled up. It also smells like fresh ink and old books. They hold it out to Kol.
In the space where the return address should be is a little self portrait of the Postmaster General! And the addressee is apparently... a ghost? With... what is that?
Whoever it's meant to go to, it's an important letter. This is emphasized by the APPROVED APPROVED APPROVED stamps all over where the postage should go.
