Tea Time || Closed
characters: Kuai Liang and Hanzo Hasashi
location: Hanzo's room.
date/time: 8/11 - after the downpour lets up
content: Kuai has been dying for decent tea and Rastus has delivered. It's only polite to share with his fellow Grandmaster.
warnings: Two old men who fail at feelings.
Rastus had obtained a nice selection of decent teas for Kuai, and while the pink floral tea set was not what he was accustomed to, the vessel was not the important part of the ritual. Kuai had chosen the least bitter of the teas and along with the accompanying implements had set up in Hanzo's room.
Naturally the door had been locked and he'd had to freeze it and break part of it to get in, but he'd repaired the handle and the damage was ... not unnoticeable but not immediately obvious. It was locked again, as if Kuai's stealthy breaking and entering had never even happened.
Kneeling on the floor he had set up a small table where he'd placed two cups, and had fiddled with the teapot and a hotplate until it was heating on the proper temperature. Even a degree too hot and he'd notice.
There was no one who was as precise with their tea making as Kuai Liang.
If Kuai had timed this right it should be at exactly the right temperature when Hanzo returned from his daily investigation of the town.
