Weaver must indeed think highly of Kuai, or maybe just assumed that most people here could figure out the controls, having spent time in and out of the station for so many years. Or maybe they're just exceptionally easy - Rosinante isn't exactly going to bet his lantern on that, but he's hopeful. He'll allow himself that small amount of optimism.
