Merwen rises to the surface of the water beside Soldat, her skin white but quickly flushing purple again as she take a breath of air, and her pearly second eyelids sliding back out of place. The sea smells strange but it's still the sea, and Merwen has been exploring the underwater parts of the bay, examining unfamiliar species of seaweed and fish. And maybe there's a bit of mischief in sneaking up to Soldat like this.

"What have you found?" she asks.
