Will laughing might be just about the most charming thing he's ever witnessed, he realizes. It's partly the unexpectedness of it, but also the way it softens his features. It's nice seeing Will so happy. Will should be happy more often.
When he finally manages to regain his composure, he sighs and releases the silence from him, possibly against his better judgment, but judgment isn't really operating normally right now. Nor is his brain, and most of his thoughts can't really translate into words.
"I, uh. Dunno," he says, still grinning, sort of blushing from his own idiocy more than anything else. He looks toward the ground, shakes his head, then over at Will again. "You look good. That's - what I mean."
At which point he has to basically mentally wire his jaws shut before he follows it up with more, but that dam won't hold forever.
