And it's possible that this was not actually the first attempt, and the first attempt went out behind the B&B for the spirits, since the batter didn't mix together properly. They gave themselves plenty of time, today, to get it wrong before they got it right.

They haven't tried it yet, on their end, though they did lick their own spoon after putting the batter in to bake so they know the flavor is okay. "So it's good?"
