Law's seat has been broken down and bolted back into place so he can lie down, and he's wound in bandages around his torso. Rosinante is covered in blood, meanwhile, but judging by Law's state it's a safe guess that a lot of it isn't his. Some might be, though - he's got his own patch-up job from an earlier fight, with bandages wrapped around his arms and stuck to his neck and face, and when he moves it's stiffly, like there's probably more under his clothing.
"He'll be fine if you don't touch him," he explains from where he's seated beside his unconscious companion. "Don't even think about moving him out of here until he says so." And even then, maybe, depending on how stubborn he wants to be, but from what he's seen, Law takes medicine very, very seriously and wouldn't risk his health unless it was an emergency.
