Law will be able to do whatever doctoring he is normally capable of, keeping in mind the relative lack of advanced medical facilities and supplies. So yes, he can reattach limbs, repair injuries, and so on however you think is reasonable with the tools he has on hand - i.e. it may take him extra time, or be a less thorough repair.
