Elektra’s never been to space and her version of Earth is pretty far off from the ability for humans to live outside of it, in spite of evidence that life exists on other worlds. She’s aware of space travel being difficult in general, though, so that kind of illness being common doesn’t surprise her. Going back and forth in a metal tube is bound to feel the same whether you’re in space or underwater.
