And likewise, Rosinante wouldn't have it any other way. He would give Law his space if asked to, but it would hurt. He would understand, of course - he's the one who lied, who said he would survive and they would travel together afterward. They would be on the run forever, they would have enemies everywhere they went, but at least they would have each other. And then he died, and Law had to face the results of their actions alone.
So it's safe to say they have some issues to work out and Rosinante is just grateful Law is more interested in doing that than in despising him, and that weighs on him far more heavily than Soldat's attempted apology, which sort of surprises him.
