Owl Friend, and then Crowley and Aziraphale so shortly after, and both of those right on the heels of realizing they killed Steve... it was just a lot to hit Soldat in a very short span of time. It's no excuse, though, no matter what Misty says. They're on a time limit here, and they need that intel.
