Genuinely unpleasant and completely lacking in tact are good ways to describe Haein. He's used to insulting people, whether he means to or not, so the frown directed at him is nothing new. What is kind of new is that Rosinante moves on without much of a fuss, and Haein blinks a couple of times in surprise as the conversation continues on like nothing had happened. No... fight...? Hm!!

After the initial moment of confusion, he hurries to catch up with what's said.
