Bringing Haein's parents into their squabble would normally seem like a low blow, but the truth is that they have failed him. His father more than his mother, and while Haein loves his mom unconditionally, he's not fool enough to lie to himself and heap praises upon her parenting skills. She had had a difficult time as a single mother and so dropped the ball more times than he can count, but he doesn't fault her for this. It had simply been the consequences of their circumstances.
