Even when they did, the lessons never seemed to stick. Gods existed too long for such things to stick. Although Jason was still hopeful that Apollo would heed him, especially considering he'd died for him.

Jason wasn't sure what to expect, but it was nowhere near where Minato started to go with his explanation. Just when he starts to think he'd heard some of the weirder stories (and lived some of them too) he's given something like this. Prophecies he could understand, but a missing hour of time? Coffins? If his own life wasn't so bizarre by most standards he'd have a harder time accepting this. Still, by the time Minato is done with even this brief explanation Jason has an expression on his face that is somewhere between befuddled and stunned.

You're going to have to give him a second to process all that dude. "And that was just the start?" he finally manages to stammer. "How'd your friends get roped into something like that?" He wonders if it's tied to the prophecy, but if everyone had the potential -- not just demigods like most prophecies Jason was familiar with -- then what made Minato and his friends get involved in something that crazy?
