The very fact the Sora came back means Skyler is gone. They wave the flesh hand a little in answer: go ahead. It doesn't seem like the kid's magic really tires him out that much, at least, though they'll be looking to make sure of that, going forward, of course. It seems pointless to heal them, since as soon as they stand up and pick up their plate, it's all going to start bleeding again. But it'll make the kid feel better.
