Sora trusts that Aziraphale's coming from a good place, and doesn't want to think about it too much harder than that, but if one pressed him on it, he'd probably admit that's a little weird, too. He, however, still doesn't know that Aziraphale is an angel, which would probably clear up about 75% of his confusion. For now, it's just a vague little worry in the back of his head.
