Sora's frown deepens. It's not as though he's never met anyone who doesn't have a heart before - he's met plenty, actually, with different personalities and a shocking amount of personhood for people who felt nothing at all.

(A soft pang of guilt he wills away. He did end up murdering them. Some of them more than once. That's... something he did. Before he knew. After he knew. If only not being Sora could also exempt him from the guilt.)

It's just that it's the first time that someone has ever told him that they couldn't do something for a lack of a heart besides not feel. Which is honestly the most confusing thing that has ever happened to Sora in thirty odd years worth of memories.

Sora tilts his head, measuring his words for a second. "Okay. Weapon thing aside. Did you think, all this time, you haven't been helping me?"
