That's almost distressing, seeing the smile fade off the kid's face. The Soldier tilts their head, watches with a little frown as Sora basically... shuts down. It's not the same as the Soldier's-- not the least because it's caused by something completely different-- but it shows enough of the same signs that it forms a pretty strong association.

That's not great.

"It's an answer," they say. They're not great at tone, can't quite manage manage "gentle", but they do get quiet and calm. "There may be others. But I'd want you around if there was another siege. I was impressed today."
