I've done my share of work in every type of weather I can think of, but less in snow than the others. I know what works for me but I wouldn't be that good at advising the inexperienced on how to prepare. Might be worth doing even for those not intending to explore, if we can find anyone here who's used to harsh winters and willing to tell people how to handle them. If nobody here knows, I can do my best.
