[He wouldn't describe himself as a wallflower, but perhaps there is no word that would fit quite right. Bruce has been stepping up to podiums and giving speeches for as far back as he can remember. He's been chased by reporters, photographed at all hours of the night, been on the front page of the paper; he's been seated at the lead chair during board meetings and has carried his family's name through galas, auctions, and corporate events. This is part of his birthright and it something his mother and father had made an effort to prepare him for.
But who he is and what he does are different things. Outside of a suit, outside of a blazer and tie, Bruce keeps to himself- a quiet observer.
