Last I saw there's sixty of us here. Maybe seventy now with your boat. We get a few more every month and your tablet there should have a record of everyone in the contacts list.

[He nods to the one the guy had been poking at.]

Keep it with you, it's useful. Another thing you need to keep with you at all times is your lantern. That's apparently your soul, or life force or however you want to think about it. Don't let it get too far away from you and definitely don't let it get put out. If the flame goes out, you're dead. And then if you're lucky, that thing - [with a gesture toward a trap door by the altar] - puts you back here, alive and well. I'm not sure what the odds are yet. Some don't come back. Seems a little better than fifty-fifty.

[At which point he'll pause to savor the nicotine and let the guy ask about specifics, or if he just wants Rosinante to continue, well, he can do that too.]
