The Soldier catches the trick with the chains, but isn't sure where it came from. It's something to question later when they're not running. At least Crowley is in the air, which means he'll get there in time and they don't have to worry too much about him. The Soldier snatches up Bodhi's lantern in passing as well, keeping track of both is going to be a pain in the ass, then continues in their headlong dash to the inn.
