She's relieved to see that some sense of reason is back into him but she still has a feeling he'll act out in a very, very dumb way. This is messing with their heads and everyone's prone to making bad decisions now.

"If she really is taking it out on town, like you say, no one will take it lightly and everyone will charge at the Lighthouse. Which will result in a reset, and there's no benefit in it for her." She would have to reset the town and with Ferry gone, no new souls can come in.
