Daylight tries to tell himself that, maybe for once, being this big is a good thing for him and the others. He can cover more ground and it'll be easier to help people.

His initial rush of excited 'oh! cool!!' when he noticed the glowing from them is eclipsed by his determination to help steady him. That, and the reminder for why they're here.
