For a split second, Daylight wonders the momentary panic and concern he feels in his core is what Nightbreak feels whenever he had insisted on tagging along with her to something or somewhere dangerous. Poor Nightbreak.

Though the feelings left quickly as it had gone because- He can tell the guy is pretty determined to do something. And, in the wake of what has happened, Daylight can't fault someone for wanting to help if they think they can help. It's, quite literally, all hands on deck if they want supplies to last for the month.

"Okay. You're coming with me." And so, just like that, Daylight agrees to this. He had no right to stop someone if they wanted to help in a disaster like the one they're faced with, even if he worries for their health. That didn't mean he still couldn't try to look out for him though: "If you need a hand, let me know, okay? In anyway and stuff. We're going to be scavenge buddies now; being scavenge buddies have each other's backs!"
